Refund Policy

Mentionwell is currently in public preview and may be free of charge. This policy describes how refunds work once paid plans are introduced.
Public preview
While the Service is in public preview, paid plans may be limited or absent. If you were charged in error during the preview, email support@mentionwell.com and we will refund the full amount.
Paid plans (when available)
- Monthly subscriptions: cancel any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current month is not refunded except as required by law.
- Annual subscriptions: refundable on a pro-rata basis within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, no refund except as required by law.
- Usage-based charges: not refundable once usage has been incurred.
- Statutory rights: nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights you have under your local law.
How to request a refund
Email support@mentionwell.com from the address on your account, with your invoice ID and the reason. We respond within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Service credits
If you experience a covered SLA breach, see the SLA for service-credit terms. Service credits are not refundable in cash.
