Workspaces & aggregate dashboard
Last updated
Mentionwell is multi-tenant from the floor up. Workspaces sit on top of sites; sites sit on top of articles. The aggregate dashboard rolls everything into one health view; the workspace switcher lets you jump between client portfolios without logging out and back in.
Concepts
- Workspace — a billing + permission boundary. Most accounts have one; agencies typically have one per client portfolio or one global with per-site permissions.
- Site — a single domain with its own brand profile, image style, reader key, AEO scan cadence, and content taxonomy.
- Seat — a user with a role (admin, editor, viewer) scoped to a workspace.
Aggregate dashboard
A cross-site rollup: total articles published this month, scan freshness per site, share-of-voice trend per site, cost per site, top-20 missed citations across the portfolio. Designed for someone who manages 5+ sites and needs a one-glance status check.
Per-site reader keys
Every site gets its own bearer token. Rotate one site without affecting others. Revoke if a key leaks. Designed so a client’s frontend can only ever read its own articles.
Pooled vs per-site quotas
Default: pooled. You buy 50 articles/month on Growth and they spread across whatever sites need them most. Per-site quotas: anti-hog cap (no single site can consume more than X articles) keeps one client from starving the others. Configurable.
