Connect Ghost with one Admin API key. Mentionwell writes posts in Lexical-compatible HTML so they look native in Ghost's editor and render cleanly through any theme.
How it works
- Generate an Admin API key in Ghost → Settings → Advanced → Integrations → Add custom integration.
- Paste it into Connect. Mentionwell reads your tags, authors, and post status options.
- Map cluster → tag. Mentionwell’s topic clusters map to Ghost tags one-to-one or many-to-one.
- Pick publish strategy. Draft, scheduled, or live.
What gets written into Ghost
- Title, slug, Lexical-compatible HTML body.
- Custom excerpt, meta title, meta description, OG title, Twitter title.
- Feature image (uploaded to Ghost’s storage; mirrored to R2).
- Tags + author.
- Canonical URL when articles are co-published with another property.
Why Ghost-first publishers love this
